WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENINGInside your inner ear are tiny crystals that help your body sense movement and position.Sometimes, these crystals become dislodged and move into the vestibular system's canals.When you change your head position, they shift within the fluid in those canals. This movement disrupts how the fluid normally behaves, sending a false signal of motion to your brain.That mismatch is what creates the spinning sensation.
